Love it! I bought it for shoes and to have somewhere to sit down if you need to tie the shoes. It's beautiful and goes with my farmhouse theme. No dents what-so-ever and I also took the plastic off knowing it could easily be re-upolstered in the future! I bought one of the lower priced used ones and it's in great condition!

I needed something in the entryway to sit on so I ordered this bench. When it came it was dented just like several other reviewers said. It was easily popped out with the flat of my hand. It has a plastic covering over the cushion. I don’t know if it was just for shipping or it was to be left on. I removed it and sprayed fabric guard on it. Kind of made me think of those plastic seat covers Grandma had. Much nicer look without it. This is an understated looking thing in the room. People are here for a bit before they notice. Then they comment on it. So far all have loved it. It stores a lot of stuff too. Bonus!

It’s cute and serving our purpose. All four corners were dented in due to the packaging. The plastic on top is not needed and was hard to get off as they have it wrapped and stapled on the inside. The latches are just decoration. The inside is very spacious but the outside cushion is not comfortable.

Our puppy pretty much destroyed our last (wooden) bench and so we thought a metal one would be better. This is a great find! And there’s storage. Keeping gifts I buy for people in there!

It came packaged very well. The packaging left my corners smashed down. I bought a mini steamer and steamed the corners and now they look great. Love my new piece.

First one was damaged in shipping, but the replacement is good and my wife loved it.

Crushed on top & dented . Photos say it all .. completely damaged and returned . Didn’t want a replacement!!!

Love the look of this bench. I bought it as a bench for my kitchen table. It is something different and goes with my farmhouse industrial style. I read other reviews so I was prepared for it to dented and it wasn’t necessarily dented as it was slightly caved in in the front and one side. It is slight though so I decided to just keep it rather than go through the hassle of getting it exchanged.The inside makes for nice storage. The cushion is comfortable and thick enough to sit for a decent period of time. I am able to store some larger items inside like 2 of my xl crock pots and an XL pressure cooker…and I still have some space for smaller items.
