This is a great supplement to take if you look at a screen all day. Found them easy to swallow and quality to be great!

This has good research supporting it so I've been taking it every day for years because my eyes are a brighter pink on the inside that most peoples' eyes and so light bounces around in there more making it so that I can barely see without shades on during the day. So my guess is that I run a higher risk of sun damage because of that. Anyway, only time will tell if it does the job of protecting my eyes. They are small enough to take every day with no problem.

Good quality supplement at a reasonable orice.

I don’t know if these small Lutein gel-coated pills are doing anything for me. Too soon to say, but I hate swallowing pills and these are very easy to swallow. I would buy again.

I've been taking these for 3 months now and i see a big difference in my eyes. I have glaucoma and I sit in front of a computer screen at work all day (no choice). My eye's used to ache and I have severe dry eyes. I started using lubricating drops and it got somewhat better but once I started taking these after a month, I started to feel/see a difference. After 3 months my eyes don't ache any longer and feel normal. I will continue to take these. Also, the price is great, and I love that I only have to take 1 a day.
