Really impressed with these resistance bands. The fabric is strong, doesn’t roll up and feels very comfortable on the skin. They stay in place during exercises and give a good level of resistance for legs and glutes. Perfect for home workouts or the gym. Well made and feel durable. I use them regularly and they’ve held up really well. Would definitely recommend.

These resistance bands are excellent! They’re durable, versatile, and provide great tension for a full-body workout. I love how easy they are to carry and use anywhere, making exercise convenient and effective. Good material too.

These bands kick a$$ quite literally! Even the weak band. They have a good level of tension and stay in place during exercises. The strength of the band is shown on each one. It comes with an exercise guide which will be useful for some.

Good set but not as strong as in description

These are very good bands. They are comfortable to use and not fiddly like the rubber type ones you can buy. They are clearly marked/coloured so you can pick up the one you need (ie the correct resistance) while the mesh bag is handy to store. The instructions are a bit limited, but I didn't need them so that's OK. Value for money is also good.

These were recommended by my osteopath I already had the plain rubber resistance bands which I used in exercise classes & really wondered if it would be worth getting more. It was worth it! These bands are so comfortable and easy on my skin but more importantly they stay in place nicely without rolling over or getting thinner. I hadn’t realised how much difference there could be between the traditional rubber resistance bands and these. And try they hardly costed much more either. They worked brilliantly for me.

I love these bands. It comes with a book to show you some exercises you can do with the bands which is handy. The fabric feels and looks like good quality and comes in a mesh bag for storage. I've used all the bands and that last band puts in the work. I recommend these bands.

It's simply just does what it needs to do. I only used the minimal resistance one but will be moving soon to the medium one as the low resistance is getting a bit too easy, which is a good sign. Besides that, it stretches, it's meant for a very specific purpose and it's not super expensive. Quality is good and they also added a simple sort of bag I can store all of them in.

Bandas de buena calidad, son duraderas, llevo bastantes meses con ellas. Son anchas, con bastante resistencia, silicona en la parte interior y no ceden con el tiempo que es lo más interesante. Mucho mejor que otras, la verdad. Las recomiendo.

J’utilise cette bande de résistance Amonax depuis quelques semaines et je suis bluffée par la qualité du tissu : solide, confortable, et surtout elle ne glisse pas pendant les exercices. Parfaite pour les squats, les fentes ou les exercices ciblés fessiers/jambes. Elle ajoute vraiment de l’intensité à mes séances, et je sens déjà mes muscles travailler plus efficacement. Un vrai plus pour celles qui veulent tonifier leur corps ou perdre du poids sans investir dans du matériel encombrant. Je recommande à 100 %
