Let's begin this review with packaging. Two corners of the shipping box were crushed when delivered. Was concerned that the bench was damaged. Upon opening the box the well-packaged bench had no visible damage.Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Allen wrench included with assembly hardware. Quality materials and love the firm cushion. Open storage underneath cushion can hold shoes, backpacks, etc. No smelly odor from materials either.In sum, looks great, quality materials, and value for price is ok.

This was just what we wanted in our bedroom to sit on to put on our shoes. It was so easy to assemble and seems sturdy. The color is perfect for us. The only issue was that I had bought it used, like new. The bolts and washers were loose in the box, so I lost some time trying to find them all when they fell out. Otherwise, it looks perfect.It does take a really long time to ship, so I’m guessing it came straight from China. Thankfully, I ordered it before the tariffs kicked in.

My wife bought this for me so I would have somewhere to sit and take off my shoes. Also assist me in getting dressed or undressed. It looks great and fit perfect at the end of our bed. It is very sturdy and has plenty of storage for shoes. It is well worth the price she payed for it. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing assistance.

I don't usually write product reviews unless I am either very pleased or very displeased with a particular product. In this case I found this ottoman bench very well built, easy to assemble, and both practical and comfortable. When compared to other similar benches on Amazon you will note that the cushion is almost twice as thick and doesn't extend over the frame which adds value there alone. The frame and especially the lower shelf/rack are real wood, not some composite, and also very well made.

From good packaging to easy assembly to extra parts (just in case), the bench exceeded quality expectation. Super solid and matched our bathroom well.

I think this is beautiful. However, it arrived broken in the support beam under the seat cushion *see photos. I was able to use a mallet and move the wood to a better position and it works for our need. I don’t k ow if it was damaged in packaging or construction. The box it arrived in was fine.I am still raring it 5 stars because after was able to fix the broken piece, it seems to be sturdy. If it had not arrived broken already I would definitely say it is good quality. I think it will last a long time.

This a great sturdy bench! Easy to assemble and it looks more expensive than it is. Very happy with the bench
