It was a perfect for me! It’s stronger than i expected, it snatches me up very well. Supports my back pretty well, it has helped me stop hunching over and getting used to have a great posture. It fits nicely and the material is pretty thick and I don’t sweat that much with it on.

This belt replaces an old belt and fits really good. It's easy to adjust the tightness with the Velcro wrapl. It stays in place throughout the day. I have also experiences minimal slipping.

If you take it to hide your belly, so that your clothes look better, then this is not an option. The stripes are narrow, and there are lumps at the joints. The material is dense and is clearly visible under clothes. But if the goal is back support, then it works very well. Excellent material, fastens well, does not unbutton.

The band is super long if you have a short torso. It is durable but the fact that you have to keep wrapping it makes it bulkier. Also, if you are on the curvier side it does rise up a lot. Good for the value though.

This wrap is magical. Good for sweat retention, and good Velcro strength. It’s worth the money because it sure sucks me in the way I need to be sucked in. You can also adjust it to your own personal fit. However, if you have a pokey stomach like mine, you may need to do some adjusting after you eat. My stomach looks like I’m 4 months pregnant without this wrap. After eating it pokes to a very minimal but again can be adjusted.

Update: I have tried using this continuously but it makes me angrier each time. This thing is an absolute nightmare to put on correctly. I still can’t get it on with lumps and bumps and folding. If you are packing a lot of extra luggage, this will likely not work well. I would never recommend this waist trainer. It stays in a crinkled and wrinkled look after taking it off. You need to rub the whole band until it flattens out again. I wanted this to work so bad. I even attempted to get a second one. The only time it stays in place is if I use one on lower abdomen area and one on the upper part.It doesn’t smell bad even after many many uses so far though. This waist trainer is not something that takes off inches from your waist or anything. Even wearing the single bad as expected, it thickens my abdomen area. I would never this in public ever.There are a few reasons that this has three stars right now. First, I don’t know if it will even do anything. Second, this thing is not easy to put on correctly. It has to be wrapped very specifically or fat will budge (if you have the fats like myself). Third, it really needs to be longer. If you are thinner, then this wouldn’t be an issue.The band itself is rather thick material. There is a good amount of weight when holding the wrap all together. I have some hopes for this waist trainer but it’s gonna take me time to get used to putting it on correctly. I suggest actually using a full body mirror if you have one, unlike myself. I have had to wrap and rewrap some more since first putting it on yesterday. It can be tedious.

Does what I need it to do but I need to do what I need to do to loooooose what this wrap is hiding and holding. Very stretchy & think. Good material. There is no zipper for those who may think it will have one. This is a bandage wrap to shrink the belly & waist appearance. Does support an upright posture.

I bought this because I was having reconstruction surgery with fat grafting from stomach breast.(Lypo Suction) fat grafting toMy breasts. The one they put on my post surgery was short and would stick into my in sessions. I bought it before surgery and could not wear the hospital one it was killing me. I put this one on first shot, it’s long so it does not cut into my in sessions and goes flat straight upto under my bra, also bought from the makers of waist trainer. Very happy with it and happy I do not feel like I am being stabbed.
