Great Spice
After several local trips looking for spices for a corned beef …. This hits the jackpot! I will use again on a roast. Great spice, quick delivery, aroma wonderful. Win-win! I did put in a jar as I feel it will stay fresher that way.

Amazing option
the size is good for making a pretty big batch of brine for pickles! they smells amazing and were super fresh. i used the whole bag for my pickling and it tasted amazing was easy to use and a good price

Nice selection of spices for pickling
I like to make my own pickles from scratch in my old Tupperware pickle container for the refrigerator, I put some of this, dill, salt water and venegar, and a couple of days later I have pickles. Once ready I can taste the spices in the mixture, relatively well balanced.

Worked great
This is an awesome spice pack. I purchased it in January 2025 and the best by date is 9/30/2026.These are not ground spices so if that is what you need this is not it.I used one 4 ounce pack for corned beef. When it way done I brushed off all the spice pieces that hadn't broke down. It had a great flavor (but I also add my own spices too)

Made my own corned beef and it was the best ever!

Good mix of spices
Provides quick ready mix spices for pickling. I removed the red chillis as I'm not a spicy foodie, however, there were still a few flakes of red pepper remaining and gave the bread and butter pickles just enough non-objectionable heat. Recommend.
