I love my new heritage bridge kitchen faucet. I chose copper to brighten up my kitchen. boy, does it pop! The white ceramic handles gives it somewhat of a farmhouse look, but i find it to look elegant. It has a sleek design and is extremely sturdy. The spigot is higher than my old one and seems to extend out further. The sprayer is very durable, sturdy and just plain cute! The design on this faucet set is amazing. I purchased it for my Christmas Present! Will love it forever. Dixie Smith

I thought this was a solid faucet and the finish was beautiful. I decided on the same faucet in matte black in the end. The contractor said it was easy to install. I like the height of the goose neck and that it swivels . The sprayer is also solid. I have used other brands that are a little heavier but Kingston Brass is pretty solid.

I think the faucet is beautiful and appears to be very well made, however my cold water would not shut off only two months after being installed by a plumber during my kitchen remodel. I tried to register my faucet on line, only to be told that isn't the correct way anymore. There are no instructions on their website. I had to call 4 times to get through to customer service. They apparently don't have a separate warranty department. I have to provide additional information to have my (Ten Year) warranty honored. I will have to wait 7-10 days for the part, which means unless I call a plumber I won't have cold water in my kitchen for nearly 2 weeks. Cindy in customer service told me I was hostile and rude. I am very offended by that. I did not yell at her I simply said this is very frustrating and I asked her how she would feel. I deal with customers everyday. I don't believe the customer is always right. This company should review their warranty procedures seriously consider more training for customer service. I should also mention the faucet wasn't cheap.

We decided to go with this faucet mainly for esthetic reasons, we like retro and we have a copper sink. It really complements our whole kitchen appearance. Once installed, the faucet was leaking. I reached out directly to the manufacturer, the process was fairly smooth after I provided them with the requested proof of purchase. They sent the replacement parts and now it works great. If you never had a sprayer separate from the actual faucet, keep in mind that the faucet needs to run in order for the sprayer to work. Maybe a trivial fact for some, but we never thought about it prior to purchase. Otherwise very happy overall!!

I recently moved and ordered another because I loved the one I bought in the house I just sold.Love the look, no problems with leaks, easy install but one thing that should be addressed is the sprayer. It works great, the problem is that it gets extremely hot (too hot to hold) if your spraying all hot water. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

I replaced my countertop and bought this faucet. It is terrific! The sprayer is heavy in your hand and the spray is good. Best part is that my plumber asked how I wanted it to turn off and on. He said he can install it where both handles rotate toward the middle to turn on, (Hot water counter clockwise and Cold water clockwise) or he could turn it around and make the handles rotate away from the middle (Hot water clockwise and Cold counter clockwise).There is a 10 year manufacturer's warranty paper that has the phone numbers to call if any part fails. I printed out my order details from Amazon showing the date I bought it and when it was delivered and keep it all together.

Love the faucet very good quality thought it might be cheaply made but very well built made my farm sink look so much better I would recommend this brand of faucets to anyone
