Large is actually a small-medium.
This is super cute and feels pretty well made. The little cowboy seems to stay pretty upright. However I got the Large (chest 29"-33.5") and the ends don't even come close to touching around my dog's 31" chest. It looked fairly small so I pulled out the measuring tape to make sure my dog hadn't suddenly sprung more chest and found that the portion that is supposed to go around the chest is actually 26" tip to tip, meaning for the velcro to overlap it would need to be about a 23" chest. So overall it does not fit at all, but would probably fit a smaller dog. The tag on the actual costume does say "L" so I do not think I was shipped the wrong product.

Absolutely adorable!
OMG, we got so many comments on how adorable Buddy's costume was! He wasn't bothered by having this on his harness. I say it was on his harness because this product was much smaller than I expected. I'm a new dog-mom so this could b3 my fault. Our Buddy wears smalls in everything else I've bought him but this came small enough for the really little dogs. So I pinned it to his harness which worked just fine. I also used a pin in the very front where the guy is which kept it a little more sturdy with a little less movement. The guy still moved back & forth like he should, it was just a bit more sturdy. Just a thought for anyone who has to put this over a harness.

So much fun
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Love this! We’ve had a lot of laughs watching our dogs run around in this. I have a Great Dane,Pit and a puppy so we’ve had to make our own adjustments to make it bigger and smaller in order to fit them. Great purchase!

Too small.
Cute but it was far too small for what was advertised in the sizing. The strap wouldn’t reach around my dogs chest.

Pretty funny and the dog liked it as well.
Purchased to see what my brothers Boston Terrier would do with this little little guy strapped to his back. He didn't react like the Corgi GIF many people see on the iphone. Non the less it was very funny to see him run around the house and out walking with this on. The crazy thing is the dog and cowboy are now friends, lol.The sizing chart was pretty accurate and didn't pose any issues for us.
