NOT FIRM I guess people have different opinions on firm/soft or didn't think about other pillows. These are definitely not a firm pillow which is what I was hoping for. I don't have a good comparison for soft/medium but would wager these are somewhere inbetween them. Not what I was expecting.

I don't have these exact ones, have bought gel pillows in the past and they always all flatten. I switched to latex pillows. I have had them for two years and still like brand new. Not kidding. I hope this helps

The tag on my pillows (just received them) indicate they are no machine washable. Do not wash icon. Do not iron and line dry. Odd combination of symbols
