Just received these and am very pleased with the quality and freshness of the product. These are not brittle at all, very clean, very good quality dried chiles. I would not hesitate to buy these again (and will when I run out.)

I love these peppers. They really have spiced up my dishes and encouraged me to try new recipes so I could use them as ingredients. They take up less space because they are dried, but have a fresh taste once they are hydrated. Buying the variety pack was better for my budget and my taste buds.
