2nd Wedding Anniversary Gift Potted Cotton Rose  I, and my wife, were unfortunately quite underwhelmed by this gift. The picture on Amazon is not representative of the product that arrived. The colors on the actual product are much more dull and muted than what is shown on screen. The leaves are not as detailed as the photo, and are close to being "flat" without much definition to them. To say that we were both disappointed is accurate. I expected more. It wasn't all that expensive, but it was not worth even half of what I paid for it.

Quaint and cute. We don't exchange anniversary gifts, but thought I'd surprise her with a little token. Wife liked it, but got a chuckle when it said "20th anniversary. It was to be for our 18th! ALL my research on the net says that 18th anniversary gift is PORCELAIN. I stumbled upon this PORCELAIN rose when looking up 18th anniversary present - I swear it said 18th! also said only one left so I grabbed it. Delivered to our house and surprised it said "Happy 20th PORCELAIN" Anniversary!" Came back to this site to check again and the site changed a bit- offering a selection of anniversaries - the 20th is gone. .. and the 18th says it is a feather?? I don't think so! Nice quality though - better joke! We'll keep it anyway for a laugh for years to come. (going X out the "20th" and write in 18th with a sharpie - LOL).

What can I say, I've always been an advocate for hand made items. When my 13th came around, I was looking for something long-lasting and unique, so when i came across this entry, i had to know how it was made. After reading the description, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. My wife was thoroughly surprised, pleased and happy with her gift. She loves roses, and more so, loves unique roses, and this was the perfect gift for her. I commend the creator on making something very thoughtful, in a cleverly creative way!

No way is this worth $25. It looks like something you could buy at a dollar store. It's only 6" tall, and everything about it looks cheap. I was quite frankly embarrassed to give this to my wife for our 13th anniversary. Fortunately I had bought another present that was much better.

It's nice looking, but would have been nicer looking if the materials it was shipped in would have been better. It's shipped in a box with packing peanuts and during shipping the packing peanuts bent a lot of the aluminum petals on the flower. I was able to get it looking somewhat looking like a flower again by bending into a flower shape but it was pretty flattened when I opened the box.

I gave this to my wife as a small gift on our second anniversary. She absolutely loved it! It’s now sitting on display in our living room. This is a high quality piece that people always comment on.NOTE - it does not come with the Star Wars pins in my picture. I added those due to my wife and I being huge Star Wars fans!

I have consistently bought my wife one for eight years now. She loves everyone and looks forward to her rose each year. It’s a great tradition I am so glad I started with our first anniversary. Very satisfied customer all around!! Shipping usually faster then expected if not is on exact date. Thank you for the years of enjoyment this has brought to our marriage.

This is exact what I was looking for. The rose itself is perhaps 90% of the size of a real one, although the stem is shorter. The pot at the bottom is about the same size as the rose at the top. The rose part of this item appears to be solid steel (based on the weight and inflexibility of the material), not a rose dipped in something. The rose is completely unpainted. I'm not a flower person, but it looks like a rose to me (and it made my wife happy). It was exactly what I was looking for. Well mostly. It took a pair of pliers to remove the little plastic tag that they stick in the pot that says "11th anniversary". I got this for Mothers day (after our 16th anniversary last month), so the tag had to go. If it wasn't for the fact that now she has one, I would certainly buy this again.
