I took this backpack on a 10-day​ vacation with me and it worked great! It worked as the perfect carry-on bag for the airplane and has also been perfect for everyday use. The compartments on the inside are very roomy and are perfect for storing those smaller items! As far as the crease that comes in the bag at the time of arrival, the bag came with instructions with getting that out and it came out perfectly! Nothing to worry about! The back pocket is perfect for storing more personal items such as a small wallet or phone. 10/10 would recommend this bag to anyone who is considering buying it!

Color is really nice and it can fit a lot! The packaging makes it kind of difficult to open but I stuffed a blanket inside of it to let it get it’s shape back and that worked well. Can easily fit everything you’d need, iPad, phone, water bottles, sweatshirt, etc. Very happy with this purchase as my other purse I use can’t even fit my phone so I end up juggling everything walking out the door. It’s a perfect work bag. Am going to order more in different colors!

Update: I loved this bag and I just had to throw it In the trash. Beware that the lighter colors stain very easily and permanently. If you have nail polish on your nails and accidentally grab the bag too hard, it will leave a stain. If you store it next to another bag, it will leave a stain. I tried every stain remover imaginable but no luck. So upsetThis bag is SO beautiful. I expected it to be somewhat cheaply made, but i was blown away when it arrived. The material is so thick and sturdy, the zippers are heavy and good quality. So happy with it

I love this bag!Purchased it specifically as a purse/carryon hybrid that would be big enough to hold my traveling essentials, but small enough to be conveniently carried as a purse.It fits much more than it initially looks like it would, and doesn’t look bulky when packed to capacity.Beautiful, sophisticated travel accessory.It arrived with a few light black marks on the flap, but some mild soap and warm water cleared them up.

This bag is well made and looks nicer than its price. I love how it turned out except the beige definitely looks more like a blush pink. It’s a really pretty color but not the color I was expecting.

Love my bag, very durable and spacious. Luckily I like black because that is the color I recieved even though i ordered beige, which is why I'm doing 3☆. Yes I can return it and get the correct color but in reality nobody wants to do that. So you're getting 3 stars and a try better next time.

I had a cute backpack that I paid over $200 for and saw this one for under $25. I used this one all through Hawaii and received so many comments on what a nice bag it was. fit all of my traveling items perfectly including my iPad. I returned the $200 bag as this one is perfect and very well made and will last a very long time!

this is a very stiff bag, but my girlfriend loves it. I bought it for her for her birthday and she has been using it everyday since. It can with a small scratch on the leather, but it didnt bother her much. I just wish there was better quality control.
