If you unscrew the thumb handle all the other parts will come apart

What is dimension of falafel that is made ?

About 1.5in diameter and 0.75in thick. As i am air-frying the falafels, i find this thickness to be pretty good as they need to sit on the tray. The key is not to pack the mix hard on the scoop.
