This book takes a long dry boring approach to explaining many different complex concepts. The information presented is fantastically detailed and very useful for the student of organizational behavior. It starts off with some concepts which are tangentially connected to the topic, but then veers back on course and gains some momentum, only to fall off again at the end with a long convoluted diatribe on school reform, which is in summary a complicated analysis of an insoluble problem.

My book was scheduled to arrive on a Monday or Tuesday-it arrived the Wednesday before!! It is in perfect condition and was a great price! Definitely recommend this seller!

I had to read this for my class. It was very informative and actually an easy read. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. I would like to add this to my educational library.

For an online book, great print quality and easy to maneuver through. Did not like having to download the kindle app onto my computer but it was ok.
