yes, Manna Pro nuggets are manufactured in the United States.

Are they soft or hard

These are a nugget pellet like a large pelleted horse feed. So harder than a soft cookie like out FlaxSnax, but sill very for any horse to chew.

How long do these last? I see a “made” date but don’t see an expiration date.

Don’t know for sure, but I keep mine in a container like the ones pretzels come in and have stored them a few months and they’ve been ok.
