Pleasantly surprised, growing well
So far so good! Had them separated in several plastic cups, 10 per cup, half of the cups I cut the bottom, the other half I didn’t. Only 3 seem to not be sprouting, but the roots are growing. I just put each into their own container with planting soil and will put into the ground in about a month! Will update with more pictures after a while.

Excellent product shipped carefully and promptly - arrive ready to plant
I've ordered from EZ Grain before. The cuts of Austree Willow always arrive well packaged and just busting out to grow. The onus is on me at that point. As in past orders, each cut is already beginning to bud. In the past I've not had 100% success with each and every one I've gotten, but that is entirely on me. I've done both rooting in water and starting the cuts in constantly moist soil. From little sticks come decent size little trees that can be easily planted in the ground. My only issue is a herd of 10-16 deer that literally haunt our property. It's hard to escape their nibbling, but with adequate protection. My goal is a nice privacy screen and these little miracles seem the perfect solution. The quality of the CZ Grain shoots is excellent and gives me a terrific way to build my "wall"

Easy to grow, need lots of water
I don't know about 10ft per year but they did grow about 2 ft the last couple of months. There were a couple that didn't make it through once outside so be prepared for that. They also take a lot of water, I am in eastern nc and will usually have an afternoon thunderstorm. On the days it didn't rain I would water them. Also once they are big enough you can trim some branches and root some more.

Doesn’t seem to grow as fast as advertised
1st set I ordered did ok but did not grow as fast as advertised. 2nd set completely failed and all died. 1st set about 3/4 survived but lost a few over an extremely cold winter this past year. Currently on third set to fill in gaps. Hoping this set roots quickly and grows faster than first set.

Half good, half bad.
I ordered these in early spring, and most of the sticks grew roots very quickly. I planted them along the property line, and half grew while half died. Out of them all, I currently have 1 super healthy looking plant, 3-4 decent looking, and the rest are struggling. The healthy ones really grow quickly, and I think I will try to order once more to see if I can get a better set of cuttings. Some cuttings were very thin. Those were the ones that just died. The thicker the cutting= a healthier plant it seems. I am in zone 5 where these should thrive. I’m hoping that next year some of the weakest plants make a recovery but either way I am going to order again. As far as customer service goes, it was not good at all in my experience. I tried to get replacements for the dead plants, but the company did not budge on this. You will need to water these frequently. They LOVE water! As with all plants bought online, it’s always a blind leap of faith. Here’s to hoping all our plants thrive next year lol. This would be a 5 star review if customer service was better and replaced what needed replaced. I will revise if that is corrected by seller.

Don’t buy, Waste of time and money.
Don’t buy!! Don’t waste your time and money, yes they’ll root and that’s about it! Once in soil and outside they’ll die.

High quality cuttings for propagation
The cuttings were paxkaged perfectly and arrived with root development on all cuttings. in Just over a week in water they are doing amazingly well and will be moved to soil as they all have at least 2 inch roots. the value is amazing, and i will absolutely be ordering quite a few more as soon as possible
