Sea-Band nausea relief sugar free ginger lozenges, with naturally soothing properties in a convenient lozenge may help you enjoy your journeys again. Directions for use: suck each lozenge slowly until it dissolves. Adults: take 1 to 2 lozenges 1/2 An hour before travelling; then 1 to 2 lozenges every hour as required. Do not exceed more than 10 lozenges per day If pregnant. Children 6-12 years: take 1 lozenge 1/2 An hour before travelling, then 1 lozenge every hour as required. Children under 6 years: only as professionally prescribed. If symptoms persist seek advice from your healthcare professional. Do not use lozenge if blister seal is broken. Ingredients Sweeteners (Isomalt, sucralose), Ginger Oil (0.2%)

Maybe they work………..
I didn’t really need them as, thankfully, I was not bothered by seasickness on my trip. They are pleasant enough tasting so I’ll take them with me for next time just in case.
