Great quality and easy to use
Excellent agility ladder. It is lightweight, easy to set up, and works great for speed, footwork, and conditioning drills. The material feels solid, and it lays out well for workouts. Great option for training at home, in the gym, or outside. Very happy with this purchase.

Great tool
This product is built well. Easy to set up and easy to put away. Adjusting the space in between bars could be a little easier to do. Great tool to work on your agility and to stay on the ball of your feet. We use it as a training tool to work on footwork for martial arts and it has been a big help. Great for cardio workout as well.

Love the Floor Ladder -
I love the ladder. We use it in one of my exercise classes so I ordered one. It works perfect in my master bedroom. I keep it out on the floor and I use it several times per day to get my steps in for the day. I like the variations of the steps and having it out is a constant reminder to keep moving.

Tangles easily
Gets tangled and once tangled it is hard to undo. Unless you have a great place to store this, I don’t recommend.
