Does this ligature fit any kind of mouthpiece?

I think so, its flexible and you have treads to tighten the reed. It fits on my Buttet mouthpiece.

Does it come with a cap for the mouthpiece??

Yes the mouthpiece cover comes with it.

Strictly for rubber mouthpieces, or would it also work with ABS?

Should work with anything as longs as the size is correct. Also. you need to get ail of the parts. Mine was missing the nut. It probably would not tighten on a metal mouthpiece because their diameter is to small.

I bought mine for an alto sax and it was great. For a tenor sax, you would have to purchase the tenor size. I'm not sure about the size of the jody super jet tenor mouthpiece, so I'm not much help there.
