Highly effective bug zapper, convenient and easy to use. Appreciate the portability and size as well as the extended cord length and the switch to turn on and off. Easy to clean. Zapping sound is typical sound and volume of similar type products. Not too bright from a light perspective. The grate on this makes me feel good from a safety perspective since I have kids and worry about accidents and little fingers sticking in places where they shouldn't. Must have if you struggle with flies and mosquitos!

I’m very pleased with zfitei bug zapper. It does an excellent job in catching any bug/mosquitoes. Glad I decided to give it a try because I originally was looking for a replacement bulb for my other zapper. This one is a little bigger than the one I had which is good, reasonable price and perfect for my need. I would recommend to friends/family. Update to my previous review- I guess it was too soon to speak! Today, May 11, exactly a month later I received it, it stopped working. The light doesn’t work. I noticed a few days ago the light was flickering briefly however, today it just stopped. I attached a picture to proof what I’m talking about. You can see it’s plugged in the outlet with no light. I sent to the seller an e-mail with picture attached to resolve this issue and so far nobody contacted me. If I don’t hear from seller for a resolution I’ll return it and would like a refund. From being a happy customer now I’m really disappointed and for this reason I’ll change my rate to ⭐️⭐️ Hopefully I’ll get the seller’s attention with my new review and contact me. I will post the new outcome.

Noticed a HUGE improvement in less bugs (and we have a LOT because we live by the woods). I used to have one of these that had a metal casing so seemed more durable. I've only had this for one summer and it worked SUPER well. I was super impressed for the price/value for the money! My only minor complaint, which honestly isn't a big deal, is that the casing seems like fairly cheap plastic that could potential break if it falls or anything. Mine has held up fine for a summer and again works great. Looks great — NOTE: it doesn't *look* cheap at ALL. It's very lightweight so one time I bumped it pretty good once and it fell over and dead bugs spilled out onto the porch, which wasn't fun but not a big deal. It usually doesn't fall over, this literally only happened once and I learned to be more careful not to knock it over. Unplugged it when it rained (of course, for safety) but it's rain proof and worked great all summer after being left out in the elements, with just plugging it in on non-rainy nights when needed. If you want something with better, stronger construction on the outside of the unit, it might cost you more, but that's something to consider. For the money, this was a great buy and I'd recommend it, though!

The product is not working. It is making a sound. Please see the attached video for more details. I have raised the return request and no one has come to my address, but they have closed the return window 10 days before only. How can you close the return window before 10 days? Please don't buy this product and don't waste your money

J'ai acheté cette lampe sans conviction car c'est la première que j'ai. Nous en avions marre de nous faire dévorer par les moustiques le soir. Et bien elle est très efficace, je suis à la fois étonnée et très satisfaite. Je n'ai plus utilisé les prises diffusants les produits (qui sont toxiques à respirer d'ailleurs si j'en crois les étiquettes de mise en garde). Le seul bémol est que lorsque les insectes sont éliminés, ça fait un bruit sec, type popcorn intense, parfois plusieurs en même temps et lorsque c'est un insecte plus gros, ça "pétille" un certain temps, et un de mes chiens pas très courageux par nature, part en courant. L'autre s'en fiche par contre. Je recommande le produit.

This was delivered half way through a BBQ dinner. Plugged it in straight away. Within 15 mins it's zapped 3 mosquitoes already (so i felt i needed to leave this review immediately).......it is a loud "clack" when a mozzie meets it's maker, which also sent the dog running outside to see what it was. Each subsequent zap sent the dog loopy. But it's certainly working. How long it works for we will have to see. P.S. Just before i clicked submit, zap zap zap. Another mozzie bites the dust.
