MaxGrade manufactures door hardware with exceptional value and uncompromising quality. Its solid all metal construction provides dependable security and strength. This hardware is ideal for both single-family and multi-family applications. The 850 London (active) handleset interior (inside) trim is supplied with the knob/lever and deadbolt trim to complete the interior portion of an 800 active handleset. Easily installs on 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick doors. Backsets are adjustable between 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch. Unit is supplied with both radius corner and square corner latch faceplates with a square corner strike for deadbolt and radius corner strike for knob/lever. The London interior trim is backed by a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.
