Taste like Chickpeas flour
It taste more like a chickpeas flour rather than Bengal gram.

Sandy grit in there
There is a very fine sandy grit in the flour, I tossed it. Also, the bag brags about being traceable but the qr code or whatever was literally taped over to make sure don’t trace it.

It is our go to drink daily in the house during Summers. We make both sweet and salty versions of it. The taste is super authentic and it stays good. Since we consumed it daily i didn't really got to test the shelf life of it but it is very nice. If you're looking for home like sattu, this is it.

Best product which is cheap and natural

The taste is just ok and it specially claims to be organic but I don't think it is organic because I have eaten pure sattu made out of pure farm grams and this tastes very much different than that. Infact, one morning once I simply mixed it with 500ml water and drank it and after that I was not even able to digest it and had to sit for 5 minutes so that I don't puke.
