Unfortunately, when I received the first one, the box was in horrible condition and the mirror was shattered! (what a mess) I immediately contacted Amazon and explained how, not only was the mirror shattered, but the box was not even capable of making the return. The customer service rep I spoke with, (I wish I could remember his name), was very understanding about the situation, and agreed to waive the "norm" and send me another WITHOUT me having to return the first one. It is now mounted in our entry hall and looks wonderful. It is of excellent quality and design and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mirror with a bit of Asian flavor. Hopefully, there can be an improvement in the packaging.

Love this mirror. The description says gloss black, but it’s more a matte black.Amazing packaging, and comes with everything you need to hang it. Heavy, so have someone help you.

I love this mirror. It was to big for the space I wanted to use it in...my fault I did not look at the dimensions. However, the quality was good and it was better than expected.
