I was searching for weeks trying to find an essential oil that helps calm the mind. I got this delivered on Thursday and it’s AMAZING. I was reading reviews and someone said on theirs “If you have panic attacks get this!” So I did. This weekend has been the best I have felt in a while and I actually just finished doing some shopping at Walmart carefree 🤷‍♀️👍! I was having bad anxiety and derealization and to find something so simple that helps me to feel in the moment, grounded, and relaxed is a blessing. I don’t sell this stuff I don’t even know the name of the company I just wanted to share what’s helping me in hopes it’ll help you too 🙂.- It smells like lavender and ylang ylang essential oil. It’s not a “beautiful smell” more like a yoga room smell if you’ve ever been. I don’t care how crazy I look smelling my wrists all day 😂 I’m about it! My only slight dislike is how quickly it wears off and I have to reapply.

I absolutely LOVE this synergy. I have purchased two pre-diluted roller ball bottles as well as a full 10ml bottle of the undiluted formula. The scent is divine, and my boyfriend loves the smell, too. Above all and most importantly, it is very effective in calming my nerves and relieving symptoms of anxiety. I suffer from severe PTSD and ADHD, and have found this blend to be extremely helpful in keeping me relaxed and focused. I am a full time college student, and it has especially come in handy at school; I noticed a huge difference in my ability to focus and retain more details and information during class with a significant improvement in my test-taking (overall ability to stay focused and process exam content with little to no anxiety or susceptibility to distractions, as well as an improvement in test scores). I apply it behind my ears, on each side of my larynx, on my wrists, and along my sternum. I have also found that rubbing it into the bottoms of my feet before bed helps me to relax enough to fall asleep easily - something that is a challenge for sufferers of PTSD and/or generalized anxiety disorder.

I really enjoy this oil and find that it definitely helps me relax. The only con is that a lot comes out of the roller ball at a time, so it can be quite messy. I've also noticed that if I store it laying down, the top gets super greasy, so I have to make sure I store it standing up.

I learned about and used aromatherapy in the past, but not for several years. My sleep was so disturbed as Covid-19 spread, I knew I needed help. Plant Therapy oils were recommended and I found the site very informative, user-friendly and full of interesting products. I saw results on my first night of use, and would not go to bed without my oil now. If worries occasionally start to appear, I remind myself that I have used my worry-free oil, and they dissipate. I have gifted family members with a variety of oils and would be willing to try others blends also.

This was the first roller we tried and we have already purchased several more because we love this one so much. Sadly, not all rollers are this great. Thinner oils leak (energy blend is a straight up mess) but we didn't know that in the beginning and my husband tends to leave this in his pocket after he uses it, not one leak. Now that we know the rollers can be messy we store them more carefully and, other than the energy blend, we haven't had any problems with leaks or messes. The scent is lovely and it is very relaxing.

I have had broken sleep for years now. I have tried melatonin, ibuprofen etc...I saw the reviews on this and thought I'd give it a try. I've used it for 2 weeks now and I have had the best sleep that I have had in ages. I do take 2 ibuprofen at the same time for aches and pains still but this stuff makes all the difference! If you need to improve your sleep, I would recommend giving this a try!

I decided to try this oil to see how it compared to a more well known company that I love.The packaging was hard to open - looked like it had been sealed with electrical tape. Scent was ok but I couldn't smell it on my wrist half an hour later. Not worth saving a couple of dollars to buy this brand. Not impressed. Item is not returnable - received it less that 24 hours ago and can't do anything with it now. Big disappointment.

Ok so let me start with the disclaimer that my review is a mix of two scores.As far as the smell and lasting ability of the scent, this product gets a whole hearted rating of 5 stars. I LOVE the way this smells, and it’s pretty much my go to scent throughout the day. The carrier oil blends on skin nicely, and while it comes out strong at the front, it tones down pretty nicely throughout the day. It doesn’t last all day, but I have issues with really strong scents so I’m happy to reapply several times in a day to trade for the lack of sneezing.Now, as far as the roller ball contraption the scent comes in, I hate it. I’ve had several products from this line, so I’m hoping this one was just a dud. The roller balls makes a mess and oil gets everywhere so I have very little control of how much I’m actually applying. As far as the lid, it also seems to want to go cattywampus so I end up with oil all over my bag. This part is a solid 1 star and is the bane of my scented day.Averaging the two out comes to a 3 star rating. Again, I’ll happily purchase this again on the assumption the rollball and caps were a dud with this guy. That said, if it happens a second time, I’ll just make the scent myself. It’s too good a scent to miss out on.

So effective. It really calms my anxiety/ panic attack. I highly recommend this.

It must depend on the user, as with most such products. I am glad to say I find this roll-on does help me settle down to sleep or to face a tricky meeting or task. My sensory response is to calm down, re-centre myself, and enjoy the idea that this gently scented application of an oil blend to my temples and wrists is pleasant to use and thus effective for me.

The longer I have it, the smell isn't as nice.
