It also has visualisation exercises to show how you can connect with each of the animal spirit guides profiled. The information in the book is provided by two authors who have walked the path of the shaman. The book has colour pictures of each of the 45 animals whose spirits are its subject matter. At Rs. 400, the book is a bit expensive. Rs. 300 would have been a reasonable price. It is a book that will appeal to those who have an interest in shamanism and animal spirit guides. The book fell short! You could look animals up on the internet and find out more in depth information. Not worth buying!
