You have both "one size fits all" and "one size fits most". What's the difference?

U will have to ask condor to be sure but I have one of each. The difference between mine is "fits all" has adjustable strap with buckle. "Fits most" has a velcro strap in back.

Is this cap one size fits most or does it have the velcro adjustable strap? I don't want the one size fits few style!

It have the velcro adjustable strap :)

Can you get Extra patches

Absolutely. The flag patch is just Velcro so your options are endless.
