So much better than a pop socket for playing Pokemon Go
I play a *lot* of Pokemon Go. I use my phone for an average of 10 hours a day, sometimes up to 14 (I know, I know), with a lot of thumb and finger movement, and shifting my phone from hand to hand. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro from an iPhone XS, and my new phone is significantly heavier than my old one. I used to use a pop socket, but with the extra weight and size of my new phone, I was getting repetitive strain issues in my hands and wrists. I bought a few different grip options before I tried this one. I did have some issues, but when I contacted support they were prompt in resolving them - my package didn't come with extra adhesive, and the lovehandle came off the waxed part of the backing paper so easily that I accidentally slipped and it got stuck on the non-waxed paper, which left some small strips of paper stuck to it. They sent me new adhesive when I messaged them. That said, I was impatient and I attached the lovehandle to my phone with the messed-up adhesive while I was waiting for the new adhesive to come in the mail, and it's actually still securely attached even two months later. So kudos for that - even with some of the adhesive covered with paper, it works, haha. I've had this grip for about 2 months. It was too tight when I got it (and I have small hands and fingers), and a little rough at the edge, but it loosened and softened to a comfortable level of tightness within a few days. Two months in, it's looser now than I'd maybe like, but it actually doesn't affect my comfortable use of the phone or make it feel less secure, so it doesn't really register as an issue. It is *significantly* more comfortable to use than my pop socket - the fact that it's a low-profile and a flexible, slender (but not too slender), oblong strap/strip means that even as it loosens over time, I just sort of naturally change how I hold it and what fingers I use. It's easy and natural to quickly swap from hand to hand, or to switch finger positions. I imagine I may buy new ones more frequently than they might intend, but I do use my phone *significantly* more than average, for activities that involve a lot of unusual hand and finger movement, and it's worth it to me to spend $10 a few times a year to have a phone grip that works for me.

Great, great product.
For me, the most comfortable, dependable and necessary addition for your phone. My last Love Handle lasted 2 years on my S24 Ultra. I always use the additional clear strip, because with that, the handle ain't going nowhere. Just got a new one for my S26 Ultra. It doesn't cause issues going in and out of a pocket and is super secure, even on a heavy phone. I've tried rings and pop sockets, but the Love Handle beats them all in my book.

My forever phone grip brand
I’ve purchased several of these over the last 4-5 years (one for each new case) and I can’t rave about them enough. Comfortable on the hand, keeps me from dropping my phone, strong, reliable adhesive. The only wear I’ve ever dealt with on the product itself is the elastic eventually getting stretched out, but it takes quite a while for that to happen. I love Love Handles and I’ll keep buying them as long as they make them!

Works great on iPhone silicone case!
I like the larger iPhones and have always used a ‘Fly-Grip’ attachment on the case to hold it securely, which it does very well. However it often caught or ‘unhooked’ on the edge of my purse or pocket when sliding it in, which after a while got a little old. As with any holder on a phone case, I could never use wireless charging, which i accepted because holding the phone securely was more important to me. I just got the iPhone 13 max with silicone case and was looking for something with a smaller profile yet still allow me to hold the phone securely with one hand. The reviews for this phone grip were about 50/50 and many said it doesn’t work with a silicone case. I figured for $10 I’ll give it a try and SO glad i did! I followed the instructions for installing on a silicone case using the additional adhesive and it’s held securely for the past 2 months - AND I can wirelessly charge my iPhone using the Apple mag charger. I attached the mag charger to the case to see where I could install the grip without interfering with it. I installed it on a slight angle (like 10 and 4 on a clock) just below the charger and voila! It works GREAT!. I have average size woman’s hands and can fit 2 fingers in the grip comfortably, but most often I just use my right finger which holds it very secure and steady when using or texting. I use 2 fingers when turning the phone sideways for pictures and have no problems. I’m thrilled with how well this works, it’s so slim it doesn’t snag on anything, plus i can wirelessly charge too. I realize the adhesive probably won’t hold for an extended period of time, but we’ll see how long it goes & when that happens will definitely get another one to replace it. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and if you have a silicone case give it a try - just follow the instructions provided. Hope this helps!

Worth it
I really do like this thing! Helps a lot for day to day carrying my phone easier. Has stayed put, but I can feel the strap slowly being stretched, but it is not bad at all yet after a couple months.

This really lasts
Just following up, 2.5 years later and no issues. This is used everyday for photos, dangling from my finger, laying down and doom scrolling. I'm impressed AF! I'm buying another for my next phone

MUST HAVE phone accessory
I LOVE these things. I have had 3, one of which was replaced on the same phone. I use it constantly and over a year or two, it stretches out. I like the "love handles" more than pop sockets, etc. It allows me to loop over my finger if I need to securely carry it but don't have full use of my hand. It's great for selfies. But it also is nice to use when holding my phone for games, etc. I'll never have another phone without one of these. It is easy to put on your phone or phone case. The sticking-power is strong -- I even had a hard time getting it off when I replaced my old one recently. I used the trick with floss to try and wedge it off, but the tape was tough to get through. It lays flat and does not add any noticeable bulk to my phone. I still easily slip my phone and and out of pockets, water-proof cases, etc.

Does is work, Yes --- Is it practical, No
Got both the large and standard size because I have large hands and wasn't sure which would fit best. The large was too big, hand slid around, so I used the standard phone size. It was easy to install and adhered well on my textured Spigen case. Even with my large hand and smaller handle, my fingers slid up and down some, but overall it felt secure and did make it easier to hold my Pixel 8Pro. To that end, it worked great. It also seems well made and sturdy. But... the handle is very thick. As a result, wireless charging on the Pixel Stand would not work. After many attempts, I'd would get it situated on the charger so that it would at least be charging in slow mode (fast charge was an absolute no-go), only to wake up to find out the phone wasn't charged because it slide off the charger. The other problem is that you can't lay the phone down flat. It wobbles significantly. Makes it impossible to use the phone when it's laying flat because it rocks back and forth. The added depth also makes it difficult to use a car mount -- the phone didn't fit completely in the bracket and the handle on the back prevents the phone from sitting back flat in the mount, it's off kilter. I was afraid the phone would fall out if I hit a pothole. I ended up removing the handle. It was relatively easy to remove. Did have to scrape some of the adhesive off, but it did come off and didn't damage the case. But that is another potential issue. If you switch between cases, you'll need a handle for each one. You can't switch the handle back and forth without completely removing and re-adhering each time and that will require new adhesive, it's not reusable. If wireless charging isn't important to you, you don't need to use your phone while laying flat or in a mount, and don't switch cases, this handle is a good choice. If these features are important, you'll need to look elsewhere. I ended up with a ribbon type handle that is thin and does have the same re-usability concern, but doesn't have the depth or wobble problems.

Fuja!
