Really helps me!
Have these on hand, all the time, to take with any meals that I think may contain problem foods (for me). I believe these DAO caps keep me from suffering histamine headaches when I take them shortly before or with a meal of suspect foods.

Similar to Seeking Health brand
If you look closely, most of these supplements with DAO all have pretty much the same ingredients. The biggest difference is price. I have also taken the Seeking Health brand and both seem quite equal to me at stopping reactions. At the time of purchase, the price was the only significant difference.

Have not tried but this should not be labeled vegetarian - the DAO comes from pig kidneys
