Great intro to the world of idlis and dosas, Indian breakfast staples
Easy to use, good result every time. I now make my own batter and chutneys from scratch but these are a good back up when I don't have the time to prep or have run out of batter.

Surprisingly delicious, cheap alternative to flying to South India for dream idlis
I had a late-night idli craving which, as you may well know, is not easily overcome. I made a great coconut chutney with mustard seeds and some curry leaf powder which does the trick when you can’t teleport to Kerala for breakfast. These instant idlis really did the trick. I’ve ordered some actual fresh curry leaves from Amazon due to arrive next week. One can almost forget making one’s own mava (almost). Note that one box makes about 8 regular size idlis.

I use the pressure cooker
I use an insta pot to make these. I also make them in silicone cupcake molds so I don’t need to grease an idli mold. They come out perfect in 15 minutes.
