Great for learning or playing!
These school money pretend coins are well made. I bought them to give to my nieces and nephews so they learn how to count money at a young age. I really like that they include the dollar and half dollar coins even though we don't see them as often in our change. But it's good to have just incase they come across at some point, kids will recognize them. They're light weight and the face stamps are nice and clear. Not sure why other reviews mention they're not "realistic"... These are play/toy money. I guess if you want something more "realistic", maybe give the kids the real deal?! Once again, they are for learning and playing, that's why they feel light and look like that, they are toys. I'm very happy with my purchase. I will be buying them again.👍🏼

Perfect
These are exactly what I needed for my classroom. The coins are the correct size and match the appearance of the coins they represent. Each bag has a good ratio of each coin, including half-dollars and gold dollars, which is nice. They are also durable and not easily broken. The only thing I wish is that the gold dollars were a little bit more representative of color - the gold color used is pretty dull and doesn't mirror the real thing as well as it might. However, it's not critical - the students can still easily understand what a gold dollar looks like by looking at the fake ones. Great for teaching students to count and recognize coins and values.

I’m happy with this set. They are made to look like real money. We use them almost daily for homeschool. I appreciate the bag with a zipper that they arrived in.

Worth the price
I needed these in conjunction with the play money I bought earlier this year for a skip counting activity for second through fifth grade math. These are perfect for it and look like the actual coins. The only drawback is that the dime is not accurately depicted.

For the amount of coins for that price a little under $14, is a bit much. I only bought these because I need them as props for a cake. I cannot find US play money or find decent fondant/chocolate US coin moulds in Montréal. I do like how they are somewhat realistic looking.

Son del mismo tamaño que unas normales, pensé que iban a ser un poco más pesadas, pero son muy buenas
