Little Red Sleigh: A Heartwarming Christmas Book For Children (Little Heroes, Big Hearts)

I bought this for my niece and nephew. It’s a lovely story about a sleigh appropriately named Little Red whose dream is to get to the North Pole to become Santa’s big sleigh. Little Red goes on a journey in attempt to get to the North Pole and a train and truck help her along the way but obstacles unforeseen prevent her from getting to the North Pole. I won’t spoil the ending but Little Red has another very important purpose. I cried, because I’m a deep empath and found the story exceptionally moving. I recommend this book for children and adults of all ages.

This is a wonderful book. I purchased it for our traditional night before Christmas book. This book is great for toddlers through third graders. The pictures are beautiful. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for a cute Christmas book.

This book has gorgeous pictures and coloring. It was purchased for a gift however the book cover came damaged in the corner. Wish they would replace this book. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is the cover is damaged.

I ordered this book, not new, but from a used book seller through Amazon. The book is pristine! Very happy!

I can get particular about stories if I have to read them (over and over) and I just did not feel this one, especially as it was a gift for someone else. Some of the language feels clunky (referring to Santa as the Big Guy over and over). Bought for a pre-school age and felt that it was a little hard to follow. Beautiful illustrations, Nice size and hard cover, I purchased on sale so felt a decent price. But story just didn't make it for me and my intended gift recipient and it was returned.

The story was very sweet and the illustrations weee great!

Bought this for my 5 yr old and it is a very sweet book with a positive message. It is pretty wordy so my 3 year old will sometimes lose interest when read. Recently the 5 yr old has started making his own story to go with the pictures and completely captivates his brother so perhaps I am simply a boring story teller....

This is an adorable story, but I received this book that is put together upside down and backwards. You have to read right to left. Disappointed that quality control completely failed here.
