I absolutely love this bracelet. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the double clasp. In the pics you can see they stick out to far & the holes were to big & didn’t snap closed tight enough for me to feel secure it wouldn’t fall off. Easy fix though. I took it to a jeweler who straightened it out & made the holes tighter. I actually could have done this myself instead of paying a jeweler a small fee to fix. I called & did receive a return call the next day but I had already taken it in so I didn’t call back, so good customer service as well. Just be careful it is hard to put on yourself & can get tangled easily. I don’t take off my bracelets so not a problem for me. Very happy with my purchase!

Nice but it doesn't seem as thick as the posted pictures, I almost have to question the gram weight....

Still unable to open bracelet, video they sent was for a different clasp then what’s on my bracelet

Now that I'm familiar with the box clasp, I'm feeling the product. If you're a bigger guy, go for a .5 or so higher.
