Lets just say i had this item saved in my cart for over a year. I kept telling myself it was slightly too expensive, and buying cheaper Duvets. Of course, i never liked them as much as this one, and always told myself "i shouldve got that Kiss&Tell duvet!" Everytime something would break or get ruined on other Duvets. I finally decided to buckle down and make the purchase a few weeks ago, and i could NOT be more pleased. The material is quite thick and sturdy, and had no odor upon arrival. The color is absolutely beautiful, and the buttons make a gorgeous accent to the set. The ties on the inside are thick and sturdy as well, which is a nice contrast to some of the thin, dainty ties I usually find snapping and breaking on other duvets. It has a beautiful natural, wrinkled look and feel to it, which is perfect for those of you that favor the rustic/ vintage style.The ONLY complaints i could find, to make this review as honest as possible are:1) The material is slightly scratchy when you get it, I would definitely reccommend a few runs through the washer before placing it on your bed. But after sleeping in it for a week, it feels amazing.2) I was kind of disappointed that the darker blue color I wanted didnt come with the pretty cork looking buttons, they are plastic and darker blue. I wouldve liked to have had the darker blue color set with those beautiful brown buttons, however no big deal at all, since it is still so pretty.100% satisfied 😊

I really enjoy this product. First I bought the light grey/greenish version for my spare bedroom. I wanted a product that was of better quality, yet affordable. This product has met my expectations and I enjoy it so much, I now bought a second set in the darker grey for my master bedroom. The lighter grey does not have a green tone in my opinion, and the darker grey is not as dark as the picture shows. It's more of a medium grey but it works very well with my furniture so I am happy. I love!!! Love, Love the feel of it. It's a soft cotton that still has a textured feel, the wrinkle aspect is very slight and makes it look luxorious. It absorbs moisture and never gets me hot. The second order arrived without pillows and when I contacted the company about it, I had a response a few hours later, received the replacement about 5 days later and even got an extra set of covers. Great customer care team! Will buy again.

I'm very happy with this duvet cover. I live in Southern California and this is the ideal weight for such a cover for this area. It's thicker than a sheet but thinner than say flannel or other warmer covers. The color is perfect. I wanted something that would hide hair from my dog who sleeps on the bed with me. There is just enough texture to mask hair and other subtle dirty marks. The gray is more on the green/brown side than the blue side which fits my decor perfectly. Beautiful! Love this cover. I got the gray color and it is exactly what I wanted. The color is well described and similar to the photos. We've had it for several months now and it gets better with every wash. Well made product and the ties on the inside to hold the blanket in place are a life saver. First duvet I've had with the ties and now I'll never buy one without them.

When reviewing the material I noticed a few runs/snags in the fabric, that might be the structure of the material but it makes me concerned of future rips and tears. Also, color isn't true to the pictures displayed. The product is more of a warm grey/green tone than a true grey and is lighter than the photos. I work in an industry in which color correction is extremely important on websites and I understand that there may be some color discrepancies between monitors. However, my monitor is calibrated every two weeks and as a professional I can say the color isn't displayed accurately. This could be due to the lighting they use within the studio in comparison to daily light that may be coming into a bedroom. My suggestion would be to photograph items in the most natural light or color correct imagery in post production using a GTI MiniMatcher so that the item displayed on Amazon is most accurate to product. On a positive note, the material is soft and would be comfortable to sleep in, not rough at all! I ended up returning the item because I need a true dark grey duvet like the one displayed in the pictures. Because of my three star rating, the company reached out to me regarding this review, which tells me they really do care about their product and customers. Kudos for that!
