Had some great hats from MLB not sure this is one of them, cheap cloth, bin!!!

I have this same hat that I bought in New York with the Yankees and it fits my wife perfectly. This hat despite being the same size and type is very oversized and does not fit.I would not call this a one size fits all hat.
