IT’s doesn’t have crystals. It’s a grounded salt.

This is the best tasting salt I've ever tried. The only downfall for me is so much moisture in the air in New Orleans that it always no matter what I try gets where the shaker is hard to use. I had to use regular sea salt because I was out and oh boy it was so salty lol once you've learn how much eden salt to use. It's not as salty but brings out the flavor of Everything food fruits whatever you put it on. Any suggestions for keeping it dry?

Great quality and flavor

This is the absolute tastiest sea salt I have tried. Excellent for seasoning steaks and even to make homemade creamer for that salty sweet french vanilla flavor - yum! The glass jar maintains the salt in a steady state. The salt is very fine so it blends in quickly. I use it for all my cooking and highly recommend!

This salt is clean and full of nutrients and nice and small to fit in a shaker. It tastes healthy. I love it.
