This backpack is FANTASTIC for travel. I've used it 2x now- once for a weekend travel and once for 2 weeks of international travel to 5 countries. If you organize properly you can fit 6 days worth of clothes and toiletries easily in this bag. I've worn it while walking around London and Edinburgh for the entire day and had no problem- very comfortable! I'm 5'5 and my husband is 6'2 and we both think the Bag is comfortable to wear. Quality is good- these bags have taken a beating for the last 2 weeks and still look new- zippers are quality!***Best way to pack is get the "delicate laundry bags" from the dollar store (3 in a pack), fold your clothes flat and in outfits and put them in the bag- this bag can be frustrating if you don't pack it organized.

YES. Sturdy, cool & spacious. Backpacked for two aggressive weeks across Europe with this. Recommend HIGHLY packing cubes--was able to fit one medium & one small (+toiletries, extra pair of shoes) without excessive finagling. No problem with overhead compartments. I spent months researching backpacks & finally, hesitantly settled on this one. Shouldn't have been so reluctant... this one is a WINNER. At this price point, stop reading & just buy it.

As an avid traveler to many parts in the world not on the beaten path I can assure you this is the best bag I have ever purchased. It is so spacious when you need it. I packed at least 2 weeks worth of clothes in it including 2 pairs of shoes in it. It just kept on swallowing the 14 shirts, 3 slacks, pair of jeans, 14 boxer briefs, 7 wife beaters, flip-flops, loafers, sneakers, magazines, usb battery chargers, walkies talkies, 5 pair of shorts and toiletry items. I had an old military 5 day pack and this trumped it easily. Just remember to roll everything and pack it down tightly.I also used it for a lighter trip to the beach and it conformed well, not bulky at all. Using the strapsthat are well snitched and built minimizes the overall size. Has multiple sized compartments on the outside and the inside has 2. AMAZING!!!!Must buy for travelers.

This is an excellent backpack!! My family and I just returned from a 14-day trip to Europe. Four countries, several trains, and eight different flights. The backpacks were comfortable, easily fit the overhead compartment, and are durable. I’m very satisfied and strongly recommend this product!

I initially purchased the smaller bag for traveling but the backpack straps did not seem big enough so I returned it for the larger one. I was concerned that it would be too big to fit under the seat on a plane, but it fit perfectly. The best part of this bag is the ability to switch from backpack to duffel bag. I mainly use it as a duffel for every day use, as the zipper is on the side. When I am traveling, I use it as a backpack. The only downside of this bag is the zipper for the front pocket can occasionally be a pain to open, but only if the bag is packed VERY full. All in all, I would definitely buy this bag again.

I've only had the bag for a few months, but I have taken it to Mexico for a week and Nicaragua for a week. My stuff fit just fine (I probably pack on the light side), and I had no problem with it as a carry-on. I really like the way it looks, and I've received several compliments. Note that the only way to open it is the one zipper along the side, so it's not going to unzip like a suitcase. The backpack straps make it easier to shuffle along at the crowded airport, and it's great if you have a checked bag you have to roll too. You can also use the bag for hiking or weekend trips.

Good bag and good quality. Not so excellent quality that I feel it will last a lifetime, but good enough. One comment is that the side view of the bag is very overstuffed, making it look much more full. But you wouldn't be able to wear it comfortably as a backpack that full. But a great bag for a weekend away or as a laptop bag.
