These are used stamps. I suggest searching for mint stamps.

Yes they are if they are that special stamp. 1000 used stamps are a good buy for a beginning collector. Do not expect to find extremely rare stamps in the selection. Ron White River Books

Hi, That means the cancelled stamps have been carefully removed from the envelope paper they were affixed to when they were mailed. Really nice stamps from Shipwrecked Gift Shop. Thank you.

The stamps are considered as used stamps. As a avid stamp collector, I have purchased this several times. There will be some with and some actual new stamps unused. The less postmarks the better the stamp grade is.
