We purchased the king size product. When finished, this looked like a piece of fine furniture -- no bolts on the outside and a very "high-end" appearance. The materials are all high quality -- carefully packed & shipped. Assembly was easy with the enclosed Allen wrench or Ratchet tool. The parts were minimal -- 10 metal pieces, 7 bolts & 2 slat sets. We inventoried parts & assembled it in 3 sessions that totaled less than 2 hours. It comfortably fit through our door frames as we moved it into its final position. It is VERY quiet getting into the bed and moving around. It feels extremely solid and stable. It was a great value for the quality and our satisfaction.

This bed frame is exactly as advertised! It's a metal frame with strong, closely spaced wood slats that are thick and are held on the frame with velcro, so the slats are held firmly in place. Assembly was super easy, took about 10 minutes with two of us. It came with amazing tools that will come in handy for other projects. The frame is attractive, strong and durable. Really well made. And no box spring needed. What's not to love?! Very happy with this purchase. If you're on the fence about this one, just go for it!

After years of struggling to find the ideal mattress/frame combination, my wife and I wanted something that just worked so we can have a good night's sleep - nothing more and nothing less. After years of frustration going through numerous combinations, we were happy to find a combination that finally worked for us. This frame along with the Signature Sleep 12-Inch Memory Foam Mattress, Queen has finally been our winning combination. We purchased the mattress on a different site with a coupon and the combined total of the frame/mattress came out to be right around $400. We couldn't believe that this relatively inexpensive combination ended up providing the best sleep quality! No need to shell out thousands of dollars for a good night's rest.Things we liked about this frame:1) Sturdy metal frame2) Minimal form - without the headboard, footboard or protruding side boards, this frame took up minimal space in our room.3) No extra support needed (my wife and I are on the lighter side - combination of about 270 lbs). We have used particle boards from home depot for other frames in the past but felt this one provided enough support to forgo the extra boards. We have the queen size which includes a metal bar down the center. This provides all the support that we needed for our memory foam mattress.4) Low profile - as mentioned above, our memory foam mattress is on the high side (12 inch high) but because of the shorter stature of this frame, our small kids have no problem climbing up (not always a good thing for parents who want to sleep in on the weekends!). See caveat below.5) Super easy set-up - the metal frames hooked together easily and were tightened with screws. All wooden slats were evenly spaced and connected by a tough nylon strap that allowed the slats to roll out. At the ends of each wooden slat had velcro strips that kept the slats in place when laid on top of velcro lined ledges within the frame. Took me about 20 minutes to set up by myself. Easy to read instructions.Cons (not terribly negative-more like things to mention):1) Low profile - this can be both a plus and minus. Note that if you have a smaller living are and use the space below your bed to store items, this may not be the ideal frame to have. Clearance from floor to bottom of frame is about 6.5 inches. We have carpet in the room so we haven't found anything that fits below - other than small toys we need to fish out when are kids play in the room. Shoes can probably fit under but we usually put shoes in a shoe bag which we haven't been able to fit under.2) When we received the long box, one of the metal frames had a 1 inch dent in it. Didn't affect function and because of the dark color of the frame, you can't really see it. Thought it was worth mentioning.As a final note, there is nothing fancy about this frame (no embellishments or head board) but it does the job and that's all that has mattered to us.

UPDATE: I contacted the seller around friday night, I did not receive the replacement product until the following weekend. Thats 1 week without a bed frame and a partially assembled frame just taking up space. The overall product is great, its a great design, just that this company has terrible quality checking and communication with the customer service is kind of quick but there is a lack of understanding. It appears they can barely speak english.Keep in mind, they sent a WHOLE new package instead of getting me the 3 small pieces I needed to complete my bed frame. So now I have a lot of spare parts? I guess anyone who ever gets an incomplete product gets a brand new set. I didnt even check to see if the new one they sent had all the parts, I just took out what I needed and completed my work in progress and sealed up the box again.OVERALL:4 stars for the product3 stars for customer service1 Star for quality checking their packages!This product seems amazing so far. Just have to take a gamble, and dont count on getting a product with all the parts. But if you purchase this product with Sleep Master as the seller, they will gladly get you a completed product, eventually.Previous Review:I was really hesitant to purchase this due to the poor quality control reported by the other reviewers, but it looked like such a solid product and the people that were happy seemed very happy. I was willing to buy screws if I needed to, since the overall product sounded great according to other peoples reviews. So I went ahead took the leap!-Product arrived in a timely manner from Sleep Revolution.-Box seemed a little beat up so I feared the worst after reading the previous reviews.-All pieces seemed ok, nothing was bent, and I had all the screws and washers listed.Seemed like a very straight forward 4-step picture instruction. So I went ahead and began putting it together until I got to attaching the CENTER BAR. I found that TWO ANCHORS were missing on one of the ends, so I am only able to attach the bar to ONE end of the frame while the other end would just dangle there. It seems whoever put this together forgot to install the screw anchors on the holes! (I've attached images of both ends so you can tell what is missing)Also, after closer inspection while sitting there with my useless steel square, I found out one of the legs was missing its PLASTIC FOOT!I dont think I can just go to the store to buy the bolt anchor specific to this frame. So now I am without a bed frame and my memory foam mattress is still compressed waiting for a foundation and I am back on the couch for the time being.I contacted the seller, and I will post an update to share how these issues play out.
