I purchased lemon verbena plants from this company because the taste of the tea made from its leaves brings back beautiful memories of home in Peru. We used to make it fresh CEDRON tea from the garden, and I was excited to bring that nostalgia into my own home.My first order was back in April—although the plants arrived a bit damaged, they bounced back quickly and grew beautifully. That gave me the confidence to order again. Unfortunately, in the second shipment, 3 out of 4 plants didn’t survive. My third purchase was even tougher—all the plants arrived with soil spilled out in the box and the leaves completely wilted. It was also delivered on the hottest day of the summer, which may have made things worse.Despite these challenges, I’m giving 5 stars because the company truly stands behind their product. Their customer service has been exceptional every time. You can tell they put care into packaging and shipping, even if the delivery conditions are sometimes out of their control. I really appreciate how they handled everything with kindness and efficiency. That kind of integrity means a lot—and so does having a little piece of home growing in my kitchen windowsill 🥰

The plants arrived being healthy looking, I planted all 4 in separate pots. All are doing well except the lavender died within 3days. It just turned Grey and died. All the other 3 are doing good.

They didn't all live. The eucalyptus and lavender did. Lavender is now a 2 foot tall plant after 2 years. The variety is Lavandula x intermedia Exceptional™ and it's quite striking with white blooms and very tall upright stems. So if you are patient, one of the plants is quite spectacular!

I’m very happy… the plants arrived in good shape. They appear very healthy. I now have two of them in their original container, and two others planted in an above the ground planter, placed if full sun, but with ample shade in the seating Texas summer afternoon. Mind you, I think I read that catnip’s upper limit is season 8, and we’re in area 9. I’m hoping for the best, but I’ll move them if they start to wilt. So far they look great though!

Waited to write this review. Super happy w the plants. When they arrived they were healthy and pretty much looked like what is online. Maybe not as large but healthy so all good. I received on 5/7 and it's 5/25 and they are STILL healthy and even growing. The 1st Pic is the one that gets chewed on the most and it's still growing. The last Pic is one that doesn't get used much (just to see how long it lasts) and it's much fuller than when I got it. I'm SUPER happy I dont have to buy new plants! 7 out 5

Maybe that's why one arrived dead as the proverbial doornail - and 1 died shortly thereafter. NON-RETURNABLE - although I had to go thru the entire Return Process to find out. (Return accepted. Then nothing. AsmileZ just left me hanging. I showed up at Return Location to find that it's not returnable. No record of Return.) This is The Universe punishing me for buying things from AsmileZ. It ain't what it used to be. (the Lament of the Geezer)

Three lived and are doing well. The fourth was iffy from the beginning and finally gave up the ghost. The advertisement pic has the plants much more advanced than real life. I unwrapped and thought I had received one plant.

Not as pictured, a common issue with Amazon sellers. Picture shows mature plant but what is sent is much smaller. I am sure after a few months of care it will resemble what is shown. Had 10-15 small leaves or less per plant.
