I love the length of this brace, the 4 adjustable straps, and removable splints. It is comfortable to wear and breathable. This brace did not hurt my hand between my thumb and index finger like most other braces I had worn. I feel like this brace is very well put made except for the velcro that secures the straps. For me, the only problem with this brace is the velcro on the straps. The thumb strap was never a problem but the 3 wrist straps would constantly come loose and attach to each other. This feels like a heavy duty brace with cheap velcro. I wear this brace while working my desk job and when I sleep. Nothing physical but I do move around in my office a lot. If I could sew I would've kept it and added good velcro so for this reason I had to return it. If the velcro was good quality I would have ordered one more.

I like this product much better than the first split issued to me from the E.R. I broke my Scaphoid bone in hand and had to wear spica splint until hand surgery to repair. I am a nurse, so well aware as to function the splint had to meet. Worked great, more comfortable and first one I received had price of metal going all the way up side and into thumb, very uncomfortable and ended up somehow snapping that piece of metal in half part way up thumb which then repositions itself and digs into thumb. Not only painful but the repositioning could very well be counter productive. This new one does the same job, much more comfortable and no metal, (instead molded plastic- still in tact) and cheaper than trying to replace first one exactly on Amazon. 5 star product to this nurse.

I wish I had these for the last 8 years. These provide complete support and comfort to both my thumb and my wrist. They are very sturdy and extremely well made. And for the price, I'm very happy. They're super comfortable and fit perfectly. They were so easy to put on. Just make sure you measure your wrist and follow the size chart.

I have med hands and thumb area digs in and palm prices is too high. Wrist area bruised and there is 0 mobility for thumb r wrist so if that's what you need I guess this would work for you. Form me I just needed thumb support. Loops on Velcro too short so staying latched down during sleep wasn't great either and I needed 24/7. Velcro starts to lift then sharp edges scratch and cut so isn't ideal to sleep in.

This helped with carpel tunnel pain and the pain went away after using it for a few months. I chose this over surgery

Very effective and durable. great support. Lightweight, easy to adjust.
