I did a lot of research on this product before bucking up the courage to buy it. I definitely say buy it from Amazon because you can return the item if it doesn't fit whereas the actual Ann Chery site does not let you return any items because they're considered undergarments. I'm 5'4" and roughly 135 lbs with a 24" waist. I'm kind of in the middle between a medium and a small, according to the size chart. I bought the medium(34) and although it fits tight around my lower torso, the first two hooks keep coming undone if I bend over or reach for something because it's too loose. A lot of reviews I've read on here said to go a size up if you were in between two sizes, but honestly I say if you don't have big hips, you could probably go with the smaller size. I probably could've gone with a small, but then it would've been REALLY tight around my lower torso because I have larger hips. What I'm thinking is that I'll wear the medium until it becomes comfortable on the second hook and then sell it used on ebay and buy a small from here. I want to get down to a size 20" waist by the end of this year! The product is great quality! I've only been wearing it a few days and I already feel a change not only in my stomach, but also in my posture. I would recommend this product to anyone who asked! I know it's a bit on the pricey side (at least it is for my teaching salary), but it's worth every penny. Wear it at least an hour a day or more if you can, it causes some back fat to roll over even if you don't have much up there. I also recommend wearing a tank or cami underneath of it because it can get very sticky and itchy if you start to sweat. Great to wear under sweaters during the winter so by the time summer comes around your waist will be cinched to perfection!

This waist trainer is great! It shipped quickly and packaged well. I was so excited to get it and put it on. This is my 2nd waist trainer I have purchased. My first I bought online at waistshaperz.com it was $100 bucks on sale and even though I liked it I quickly sized down and thought to myself wow this is gonna be more expensive than I thought ... I looked on my trusty amazon and found this Colombian made beaut! I was an XL in my first latex trainer so I first ordered a large. It was soooo hard to get on! This fits smaller than others and it's my fault I didn't order off measurements. I ordered the XL And though it was a struggle to get on it's on and fits awesome! This trainer is made well and sturdy. I also noticed it's a little shorter than my previous one. It still works well for my body but definitely not as long , so if u have a lower pooch your gonna pull it down and then have your back fat not compressed. So keep this in mind. The vest might be a better option if you have both. I will be buying the vest and am keeping the large for when I size down. I'm very happy with my purchase and more so the price! I can get three for the price of my other one and like that this nips my waist in even more than previous trainer. Love this item! Will be buying more for sure

This waist trainer exceeded my expectations! In the past I have worn a cheap velcro waist trainer That was too short and made my fat bulge out of the bottom of it and it made a horrible Velcro sound every time I moved. Well this waist trainer is great because it is long enough so that nothing spills out of the top or bottom and even though it's super snug, it moves with your body. (I am 5'9" with a really long torso.)I have also worn a corsets with awkward boning that stabs you if you move wrong and somehow this one never does that. Everyone said to go a size up so I did but I wish I would have ordered it true to the size chart. It's tight but if you are serious about waist training then you need it to be even tighter to see results. The girls saying "go a size up" don't really understand how to waist train. It needs to be tighter than just a little snug, it needs to be tight enough to shift your organs into back into place. I'm going to wear the one I have for a week to get psychologacly used to wearing a cincher and then I'm ordering the next size down. I work from home and I'm on my couch using my laptop for a lot of hours and I find my self slouching and slumping all day. This forces me to sit up straight but not in an uncomfortable or constricting way. I also walk with straighter more beautiful posture which is so important for us tall gals or girls with large breasts because it's easy for us to develope a hunched Over posture. I'm so happy with my purchase. You will love this thing!

Brilliant waist trainer for the petite person. I am 5ft and a size 8. I purchased the medium after much deliberation and this fit well. I was surprised as many people said go for the smaller size. I would recommend going up a size from the advice on Ann Chery. You could always get used to wearing them and gradually move to the smaller one. I have tried the smaller ones and I can barely breathe. It works. The trainer helps with reducing the desire to eat. I completely went off food! However, it's comfortable enough to keep on all day...but sometimes it can get very uncomfortable (around menstruation).

Compre esta faja esperando que me quedara como una que tengo que compre hace un año, pero esta llega mas corta y la talla pequeña, queda muy justa, aun así esta bien, pero esperaba que me cubriera un poco mas la cadera y no me quedara como cinturilla ...

Amazing waist trainer, fit as expected, bought one 4 years ago. Ever since, I've been buying my waist trainer from Ann Chery. It's really the best waist trainer on the market, it sucks everything in and doesn't let anything out. At first, it's true that it's hard to breathe, but you get used to it. I also been using it at the gym and it gave me amazing results!
