This ring is beautiful and is very well made. It is even better in person than the picture suggests. The sterling silver setting is sturdy and the stone looks good. The only con I can think of is the stone is not red as a ruby should be, but is definitely pink. However, I expected that from other reviews and the picture.If you want to buy your older child or teen a piece of good jewelry this is a good buy. It is not so expensive it would be terrible if it were lost or outgrown. Of course it is nice for adults as well! It definitely does not look cheap despite the price.

I prefer while gold jewelry, but I did not want to spend a lot of money for a ruby ring knowing that I will not ware it very often. The only reason for looking for a ruby ring was that I wanted to find match for my earrings. This ring brought my attention because it looked pretty on the picture and was inexpensive. When I was considering to buy this ring, I had two concerns; I was afraid that color of the stone will not match my ruby earrings and that this ring will look cheap because it is made of sterling silver.When I received this ring, I found it really attractive and very well made/plated with platinum, and color of the stone matched perfectly my earrings' rubies.I am satisfied with my purchase. When I took it out of the container I was surprised to find it was pink! However, that was the only downside to this ring. It wears nicely and isn’t uncomfortable. It seems well made and the gemstone looks really pretty in the sun! The only complaint is that it isn’t the correct color, I included pictures of it next to my other ring.

The media could not be loaded.  Such a beautiful ring. Love the color, style, and sparkle. It goes with anything and shipping was great. No problems at all and right on time. I was nervous if I would like the color from reading some of the reviews on here but I personally love it! It’s not “pink” at all. Price for this was amazing and makes a great gift! Beautiful ring. Wife loves it. The only issue is that the stone is not set perfectly straight, it's slightly turned to the right. I think a lot of the rings are made this way since I had to send the first ring back to get a different size and both rings had the same issue with the stone placement.

Good enough ring. Definitely put it on the finger of the wrong person intending to tie the knot. I took it back and threw it out the window of a moving car. Anyways, the ring is okay. I was expecting more of a handmade feel, but it looked a little on the cheap side (probably because it's an affordable ring). Still sparkled when I threw it out the window. If you're in Olathe, KS, it's somewhere next to an on ramp along K-10. Happy hunting. Five stars for a glorious fling out the window.
