Apple 2020 MacBook Pro with 2.0GHz Intel Core i5, 13-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage - Space Gray (Renewed)

Very pleased with this MacBook. Shipment was very fast. Came clean and spotless, like new, with Apple charger. Performance the past two days has been perfect, and I have tried all the basics; music, video, MS office apps, browsing, etc. Now, I am not a power user, gamer or programmer, so I can’t speak to performance at those levels, but for me it is perfect. This 2020 MacBook is the best laptop I have used. It’s fast, great new upgraded keyboard and plenty of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Perfect condition at a great price. If anything changes, I’ll update this. But as of now, this was definitely a good purchase.

I’m giving this computer a 5 star because so far it’s been working great. I’ve only had it for a couple days so I’ll still keep you updated. So far it’s came clean, no scratches except for a really small one on the top, it’s fast, the speakers work great. Some said they didn’t get the Apple charger, fortunately I got both. Just no Apple box. I’d recommend this buyer to my friends and family.

I want to emphasize that the product is supposed to be "renewed". Meaning that it should be working and show signs of wear (like a used item). These things are usually signs of cosmetic damage, wear, cracked screens being replaced and things like so. Manufacturers tend to sell Refurbished items that are carefully inspected and any malfunctioning parts are replaced and the item is resold in a "like-new" condition, hence the term "refurbished" instead of "used".I purchased a computer in March on this year that I have NOT used much due to not going on many trips this year. The computer was in GOOD working condition (still, has no issues) but about a month or so ago the battery started acting up. Typically a refurbished item from a manufacturer provides a warranty since the item should be in "like-new" condition, but this seller does not.With that in mind, it is safe to assume that the listing is not accurately describing the items that are being sold. They are NOT renewed, since nothing about them is new besides the "cleaned out storage". The computer was still showing signs of wear, the cable was still not an OEM charger, and as noted the computer didn't last very long.In the case of buying something in this used beat up condition (or like the listing says "renewed") I would advise against that and recommend purchasing a newer model that is new through a payment plan. I took this "renewed" computer to apple and they told me that the replacement battery for the computer would cost me about 350$ when I only paid about 500$ for the "renewed" computer.I reached out to the seller, in an effort to avoid posting a bad review describing the lack of quality control and the failure to list the computer as "used" rather than "renewed/refurbished", and still, to no luck, they said there was nothing I could do since the "return" window was closed.I won't say that all their computers are defective, but I was unfortunately one of the few with a bad one.

Great refurbished Mac book pro.The only downside was the power block failed within two days and cost an additional $80 to replace. Otherwise it is a great product.

It's not bad. It's my first ever Macbook Pro and it's amazing! I bought the excellent condition and when the Macbook arrived it looked brand new, except for a couple smudges on the screen but it looked great! The only problem is the battery life. It overheats probably after 30 min of use, and the battery itself last maybe an hour before it's low. But other than that it's easy to use and functions as it should.So if you're looking for a used Macbook Pro at a fair price, this is the best choice.Oh and also goes without mentioning, this is a Macbook Pro 2020.

Came with new charging cables, and the laptop is in almost mint condition. Only one update was necessary and runs beautifully!!Would definitely buy again!

My laptop came in excellent condition it’s pretty much brand new everything works super fast and functioning i was a little skeptical at first but this was definitely worth it

The packaging could be better, but it is not the worse. Cosmetically this MacBook Pro looks great. Has a few minor scratches only noticeable if you are looking up close. The warranty is a lie; there is no warranty. Warranty from apple will be expired. Please read other reviews before buying! I was given the wrong charger. My only option was to contact apple for a replacement or return the whole order. Again, please read the reviews as the return process is not the greatest. I decided to keep it and buy another charger so that's about $450 for the Mac plus $60 for the charger. Apple will not replace any item for free without warranty. Amazon customer service was not helpful. They could have easily credited me the difference for the charger or sent me a replacement. I was more than willing to send the wrong one back like an exchange. However, they wanted me to return the laptop as well. As of now I have no issues with this MacBook. I will give an update if I do.
