a) Arrived well packaged, complete and secure. in retail box. b) nice flat gray color . c) This is the first helmet I have ever had that fits my fat head comfortably ( and more!) . Most large adult helmets go to 61cm or so... I think this goes to 65... all I need is 63. Fits snugly and comfortably... wore it for a 45 mile cruise yesterday.... totally comfortable and no rings around my forehead from cramming it over my noggin!

Great MIPS helmet. Ultra light weight, adjustable clips and bands, and breathes well. A bicycle helmet is an absolute must. Be safe and invest in something to keep you safe in the event of a fall.

This helmet looks great and is really comfortable. I crashed today at around 15–20 mph and slammed my head into the ground, cracking the inner-foam of the helmet, but I walked away without a single injury. It did exactly what it was supposed to. I am ordering another one to replace it..

Except when I go out into rough terrain mountain biking. I wouldn't go with out one. I found this Giro cycling helmet and after reading some reviews. Along with a fair price. I bought one. To say it is comfortable for having to wear any helmet. With plenty of air vents to help cool your head. Nice shade bill snaps on and off. I like it on However I hadn't been able to give it a try for landing on my head. But thats a good thing right.Not real sure how thin plastic and styro foam will do alot for saving your skull and most of all riding a bicycle in this state of Arizona. Which is nothing more than a massive rock pile. Many happen to be solid into the earth or just one massive rock with sharp edges jetting up or outward waiting for your skull to come its way. I say the best of luck to you! All it will take even if the helmet material holds up through all of that. One of those sharp semi thin rocks is all you need to make it between the air vents. The best policy for this is to keep the rubber to the ground and your head in the air. Ride slower not faster. Stay in control. At all times. Leave the crashes to others.

This is a good helmet, but I haven't tested it, will re-review it if I ever get in an accident and let you know if I suffer TBI or not.

This helmet saved my life today. I can’t tell you how hard my head was whipsawed into the pavement, but I’m not in the least bit hurt. Not a scratch on the helmet. Thank you God for inspiring me to start wearing a helmet after 59 years without one, and without any previous accidents. He was definitely looking out for me!

Not sure why people hesitate to wear a helmet, but if you think they are uncomfortable this Giro is the one for you. It's lightweight and you get plenty of ventilation plus the detachable visor helps shade your face from the sun. It's MIPS rated so the best technology to protect your head.
