I ordered the phone as a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday. Phone arrived on time but i noticed the battery was draining very quickly so i started to observe before gift wrapping only to realize after the second day it had completely shut down and didn't power back on even though the phone wasnt being used at all. I tried charging it and still nothing. Hence applying for a refund as i am completely disappointed, my daughter wont get her gift on her birthday and worst the closest drop off location is 30 minutes away.That is an inconvenience, i cancel the return to get another option same issue. Seller this is an inconvenience as the cost of the phone will be going back to uber ride. How is this fare when this wasnt my fault to begin with. Faulty phone.

I just received this phone so I will give an update in time. So far its not bad. I had a A51 before but dropped it in water (for like second!) and the screen went black. So I got another one because I really like the camera feature. The only thing I have noticed so far is that the battery does not last long like my first one. My first A51 which was brand new, could go 24hrs and a little bit longer, no problem. This one starts to drain at the end of the day.So other than that, it's still a good one, so far- for it being refurbished. Just don't drop it in water!! Oh, and I use Straight Talk but planning on switching to Pure Talk in the future. It works fine with Straight Talk.

Phone used 5mo since Dec 14 2020: It is very fast, lots of features, easy to use. Favorite feature is the thumb print access. A number of reviews complained about setting up the thumb print and once set up, it did not work consistently! I found that the process only captured part of my print the first time so I repeated it moving my thumb around a little each time until the entire print was captured. Saved it, and it has consistently worked almost instantly (1/4 second) every time. Place the CENTER of the thumb on the center of the icon either vertically or horizontally (doesn't matter). No difference with or without a screen protector. I use a Hatoshi case that includes a screen protector.

Needed a new phone but the first one's screen was black and fuzzy. It got hot when I tried to charge it. I returned it. Then, they accidentally shipped me a second one, same kind. I'm waiting for them to come get this one now. Second one had a clear screen but it got hot too and it had no SIM ejector pin.
