We pack our lobster tails in packs of 2. You will receive 5 packs, for a total of 10 lobster tails.

Q: how do i cook lobster tails?

II am no chef but there are two typically easy approaches - steaming the tail which leaves the meat more tender or boiling till the meet till firm and the shell changes color too - which takes aprox 5 min per 4 oz tail - however I make a bigger production of it all . I take the lobster meat out of the shell and then its loosely placed back in the shell after buttering and salting . In an oven set at aprox 350 degrees the tails will bake 7-10 min and you can check to make sure the meat reaches @ 130-140 degrees F. The meet turns out a bit firmer and white when done this way but easier to serve and less messy fussing with the shell at the table - I am sure you can google for more professional info on the matter - lobster is a low fat food by itself
