the product itself is fine, which is what the wife wants. I debated between a one and three, so I guess I'm in a decent mood. I'm a guy, with guy-sized hands. Imagine this, you are all excited to get this to your significant other and can't wait to see the look their face only to find a jumbled mess when you open up the little brown case it comes in. I understand boxes get bumped around in shipping, but c'mon. now imagine me with my guy-sized hands trying to removes the tangles, kinks, and jumbled mess with surgical precision... I'm 20 minutes into getting this ready for the wife and am about to look for a magnifying glass and perhaps some smurf-sized tools to get the job done. not a bad product, but the packaging could have had at least 3% thought put into it.

This came from ups today and I love it! Very sparkly and small. It is also adjustable! I wanted it as a layering piece so it is just beautiful. Lays just right on my neck! I would like to add today which is February 2017, that I have been wearing this necklace since I got it and the chain is still intact. I wear it every day, shower and sleep in it and it has never broken! I noticed other people saying that the chain was in a knot when they received it but mine was not. Still the PERFECT PIECE!

Liked all of it, the 18k gold, the dainty but cute letter. Where it lies on the neck/chest area. Even though its tiny the quality shines through.

Perfect tiny diamond necklace! Saw it at a jewelry store for $300 more!! Ruby on the back fell out pretty quick but that didn’t bother me at all!

It is just the perfect sparkle and addition to your outfits. I personally do not like big necklaces. This is done very tastefully. I enjoy it very much.

First I must state that I own a few Roberto Coin necklaces. I will be returning this item. I am not impressed at all and do not think this necklace is worth the money spent. The diamonds do not sparkles like other pieces I own, just not happy with the Quality.
