I never write reviews on Amazon, but this item was worth writing about. So, I’m 5.5 215 lbs. On reading some of the reviews. I decided to go with an XL. It was a little fitted but sucked it in and it zipped up. Didn’t feel tight or bothered me. I do go to the gym 5 days a week. Depending on the day, I do hard work out or light. When I first received it I did the stair master and let me tell you, I was dripping in sweat after 20 min. on the machine. I love this suit and definitely will be wearing for my workouts. Great quality, and comfortable not like I thought it was going to be. I will be buying a new one if I lose the weight. Highly recommended!

I had a waist trimmer but wanted more coverage and after sending back multiple sizes, I found one that fits- YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT A THOUSAND SIZES BIGGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD- and it works like a charm! I sweat balls in this things and have lost several inches on my waist. It's comfortable, well made, and thin but makes you sweat so much that I bend over to untie my shoes after my workout and sweat pours out of it. I've recommended it to family.

I’m a 62 year old woman 248.8 lb. 5’4” I got the 5x one hoping it would fit because my waist is 51” and it says it goes up to a 46” and it fits perfectly even the top part and hasn’t rolled up yet so far

I had to order a couple different sauna tops to find the right size. I am normally a 2x. I’m 5’7” 250lbs. Short waisted and carry most of my weight in my stomach. This one is perfect EXCEPT I had to order a 5x. Glad I finally found one! Sweat a lot and don’t make it hard to breathe since it doesn’t go over breast area! Great buy!

Love this vest. I have had it now a few weeks/over a month - and have used it during several workouts since. It washes easily, dries quick and is so comfortable when wearing. It doesn't ride up - stays in place and gives a good support around my belly. Comes down low enough to go over my underwear without causing a bulge. Gonna order another to have two on deck for better rotation of use.

This product is much smaller than what I was expecting. I tried it on and the product didn't work for me. I gave it to a family member. It was very thin and didn't provide any support. I can't comment on the durability of the product because I gave it away. it fits more like a belly top on me.I ordered the right size.

Really good product, does the job but could be better. The sizing is really weird. I usually wear small or medium and I read other reviews which said to size up. I bought a large. The zipper part is tight and is very firm fitted. The shoulder part fits big but still looks fine. It does capture sweat but I wear an extra layer to capture sweat before the vest. Good price! Compared to others I’ve seen on the market you’ll be pleased. Recommend for the price and it works.
