Craftmade CA4-RC Westminster Carved 4 Tubes Long Door Chime, Hand Painted Renaissance Crackle (58.5"H x 12.13"W)

Great door bell but did not come with all of the parts, the little clips that hold the chime tubes to the doorbell did not get included with the shipment so we could not attach the chime tubes to the doorbell, so I returned the item. We then found another company that sold the exact same Craftmade Westminster door bell and ordered it. When it came the first thing we looked for was the clips that hold the chime tubes to the door bell and wouldn't you believe it the clips were missing in this unit too. We didn't have time to mess around with it so we ended up using paper clips to hang the tubes from the doorbell. they fit perfect and it works Great! I guess someone should tell Craftmade that they are failing to include all of the parts with their product.

We had two licensed electricians attempt to get this junk to work. Neither could. Manufacturer was absolutely no help. We bought everything the listing said to and it doesn’t work. Save your money and frustration. Don’t buy this trash. Oh yes, one other thing. The pretty box or case for the mechanical parts is NOT BRASS. It is made of cast plaster similar to the junk statue art you would see in Tijuana. Junk.
