Will this work with co-z automatic gate opener ?

Yes, the retro-reflective photoelectric sensor is compatible with the CO-Z gate opener.
You can attach the BROWN wire of the sensor to the +12VDC terminal of the control board, the BLUE wire to the GND/COM terminal, the WHITE wire to the I.R. (Infrared Sensor) terminal, the YELLOW wire to the GND/COM terminal.
Please note that the jumper between the I.R. terminal and GND/COM terminal must be removed before wire connection.

will this work with door king operators?

Yes, the retro-reflective photoelectric sensor is compatible with DOORKING gate operators. You can attach the BROWN wire and the BLUE wire to the auxilary output of the gate opener controller. And you can attach the BLACK wire and the YELLOW wire to the REVERSE& COMMON terminals of the gate opener controller respectively. If you have any problem when using, you can email us (supreform@outlook.com) with the model of the gate opener and we can draw a wiring diagram for you.

I’d like to get something like this to set off a really loud alarm.  Can you tell me how I would do that?  Basically if anybody walks in an area

Yes! 
You can purchase a 12VDC power supply and a 12VDC horn or buzzer to meet your requirement. 
You can use the 12VDC power supply to power the sensor and also use the normally open output of the sensor to control the 12VDC+ power supply to the horn or buzzer. The negative input of the horn or the buzzer can be attached to the negative of the 12VDC power supply directly. 
Please be noted that the rated power of the power supply should be twice about the rated power of the horn or buzzer. If you still have any problem about the wiring, you can email us (supreform@outlook.com) to get a wiring diagram.

will this work with ghost controls dual gate opener?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our sensor is compatible with all series ghost controls gate opener. You can attach the BROWN&BLUE wire to the positive and negative of the 12V battery respectively. And attach the black wire of the sensor to the CLS RVRS terminal and the yellow wire to the COM terminal. The white wire is no use for your applicaiton.
